We signed to purchase our luxury home from Ventanas Residential in March 2010. From the very first meeting, Vanessa insured that the purchase proceeded in a personable and efficient manner. Vanessa's command of the English and Spanish languages made the purchase very easy. She was always available by phone or e-mail to review/discuss, any changes or questions we had. She would follow up by sending photos of changes and progress. Her attention to detail amazed us! Vanessa worked very hard and was instrumental in making sure we were pleased and happy with the progress and details regarding our home. Vanessa was very knowledgeable and we would not hesitate to purchase a home through Vanessa again and have introduced her and recommended her to clients and friends. We consider her a good friend and look forward to visiting with her whenever we return to Mexico. If When purchasing a home from Ventanas Residential we would certainly recommend Vanessa to look after your best interests.

My husband and I have been looking for some place to land when we retire in a couple of years. During my search I found Ventanas del Mar and emailed asking for information. Max Montoya answered VERY quickly, answered all my questions, kept in touch and was very considerate and conscientious.

On our last trip down we visited Max at Ventanas and were thrilled at what we saw was being done. It was a quality subdivision with affordable prices and incredible views-exactly what we were looking for and Max bent over backwards to show us around and to make it happen for us. We are very excited to have purchased a condo there and thankful for everything Max did to accommodate us and our particular situation.

Karime has been taking care of our beautiful Cabo home. She has been a great asset to me and Rusty!! Anytime I have an issue I send it to her and get prompt response and usually a solution within a reasonable timeframe.
She always has the place ready for us - cleaned, runs air conditioner and makes sure the bugs are gone. She has been great in starting our vehicle to make sure the battery doesn't die.

I'm very grateful to Karime and all her help. Don't let her go!!! It's good to know that somebody is taking care of our home. We wish we could spend more time there, maybe someday!
